IcePower Hot / Cold Pack

The IcePower Hot / Cold Pack is a reusable gel pack that you can cool down to - 27 ºC in the freezer or refrigerator, but you can also heat the gel pack in hot water. This makes the IcePower Hot / Cold Pack excellent for relieving pain during injuries and swellings.

For the best result, place the gel pack for 10 to 15 minutes on the painful area and lay a towel between the gel pack and your skin.
