Return Merchandise Authorization
First of all, thanks for ordering at TennisDirect.com. We hope that you are satisfied with your order and that it meets your expectations. However, it could unexpectedly be the case that the order is not what you were hoping for. In that case, it is possible to return the articles.
Requirements
A few requirements have to be met to be able to return the products. These are: The label is still attached to the product, the product has not been washed nor worn and the original packaging is still present. Exceptions apply to personalized products, which can never be returned except for mistakes on our side. If the requirements are met, the articles can be returned with the steps described underneath.
Return steps
Put all the products in their original packaging in the box. Enclose the original receipt to the package as well. If the receipt is not available anymore, please mention the order number, name and address on the return form or mail it to the above mentioned mail address. Close the box with tape to prevent it from opening during shipment. Label the top of the box with the following address:

The box can now be shipped. If we have received the order at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The money will be transferred back to the bank account the order was paid with. Unfortunately, the shipping costs can’t be claimed or refunded by us.
